1.1 Key Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the tabbat yada website, mobile application and all related services. "Member" refers to any person who has created a registered account on tabbat yada. "Services" refers to slots, live casino, sports betting and all gaming activities available on the platform.

"Transaction" refers to deposits, withdrawals, bonus transfers and any financial activity. "Wagering" refers to the amount of betting required before winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

By accessing or registering on the tabbat yada platform, each member is considered to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms apply to all services on the platform. Separate terms may also apply to specific bonuses or promotions, which will be clearly stated alongside the relevant offer.

If a member disagrees with any of these terms, they are requested to refrain from using the platform and are advised to contact the support team with any questions.

2.1 Registration Requirements

Every user must create a personal account to access services on tabbat yada. The name, date of birth, mobile number and email address provided at registration must be accurate and current. Providing incorrect or false information may cause problems during account verification and may result in restricted access to services.

Each member may operate only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a prohibited activity.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tabbat yada reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time it deems necessary. The verification process may require a copy of a National ID (NID), passport or driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

Additional documents may be requested to confirm ownership of the member's payment method. This information is stored securely in accordance with tabbat yada's Privacy Policy.

2.3 Account Security

A username and password are entirely personal. Sharing this information with anyone else or allowing another person to use the account is prohibited. The member is solely responsible for all activity on their account. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the tabbat yada support team immediately.

3.1 Age Confirmation

At registration, the member declares that they are at least 21 years of age. tabbat yada may request proof of age at any time if there is reason for doubt. Failure to provide proof of age will result in the account being suspended, and the ability to recover funds held in that account may be limited.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

tabbat yada provides services for users in Bangladesh. Users in areas where online gaming is prohibited or restricted under local law should satisfy themselves as to their own legal position before using the services. tabbat yada does not accept responsibility for providing legal advice on this matter.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods can be used for deposits on tabbat yada: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

Deposits must be made from an account or bank registered in the member's own name. Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer are also available for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though this may take longer if verification has not been completed.

There must be sufficient withdrawable balance in the account before submitting a withdrawal request. To withdraw funds obtained from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

tabbat yada reserves the right to verify or investigate any transaction. If a transaction appears suspicious or irregular, it may be temporarily held and the member may be asked to provide additional information. All transactions are monitored in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tabbat yada offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500 and a total balance of ৳2,500; to make this bonus withdrawable, wagering of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 is required. This means 10 times the bonus amount must be wagered.

The bonus can only be claimed with that deposit. The welcome bonus can be received only once per account. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Other Promotions

The weekly tabbat yada Festival, Friday Dhamaka, Cricket Craze Bonus, Birthday Gift and Friend Referral Bonus — each offer has its own terms. If the minimum deposit and wagering requirements stated for each offer are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.

Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the terms of the specific offer state otherwise. Funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Improper use of bonus benefits — such as attempting to complete wagering through low-risk bets, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or using methods that go against the rules — will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, tabbat yada reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6.1 Game Rules and Results

Each game is operated according to its specific rules and the outcome of each game is determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are final and will not be changed unless there is a technical error. If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, tabbat yada will consider the option of refunding the bet for that game.

6.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, the odds for all events are fixed in advance and cannot be changed after a bet has been confirmed. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded according to the rules or settled taking the special circumstances into account. If there is a dispute over the result of any event, tabbat yada's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Issues

tabbat yada will not be held responsible if a game or bet is affected by loss of internet connection, device problems or a browser crash. In the case of server-side issues, tabbat yada will make every effort to protect the member's interests. Any complaint regarding a technical issue must be reported to the support team within 72 hours.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tabbat yada platform:

• Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's name
• Registering using false or fake identity information
• Using bonus funds to intentionally place opposing bets in order to reduce risk
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to manage games or betting
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or security
• Operating an account or conducting financial transactions through a third party
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes
• Assisting a person under 21 years of age to use an account

7.2 Unfair Advantage

Taking advantage of any technical error in the platform or weakness in the bonus system is prohibited. If a member notices any such error, they must inform tabbat yada immediately. tabbat yada reserves the right to cancel any gains made by exploiting an error.

8.1 tabbat yada's Rights

tabbat yada reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Suspicious or irregular financial activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Any activity that poses a threat to the security of the platform

8.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member may request to close their account at their own wish. To do so, they must contact the tabbat yada support team. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw all withdrawable balance before the account is closed. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

9.1 Service Availability

tabbat yada makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 service. However, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. tabbat yada will not be liable for any financial loss arising from this.

9.2 Third-Party Services

tabbat yada relies on game providers, payment processors and other third-party services. tabbat yada is not directly liable for failures, delays or errors in these services, but will make efforts to assist in resolving any issues.

9.3 Risk of Gaming

There is a risk of losing money in online gaming and betting, and this risk is borne entirely by the member. tabbat yada never guarantees winnings and there is no guarantee of a return on money invested in any game. Participating in gaming activities means accepting this risk voluntarily.

10.1 Data Collection and Use

10.2 Security Measures

tabbat yada secures all data transfers through SSL encryption. Members' financial information is stored using high-level security protocols. Even so, members are requested to use strong passwords and keep their login details private to help maintain their own security.

11.1 Healthy Gaming Habits
